    Description:
    Position will report to the Director Global Sourcing Solutions.

    As part of the Global Sourcing COE, the Project Manager will provide PM oversight and structure for a SaaS Implementation Project.

    The role will be a contract position for 6 months.

    This position is responsible for working with key Sourcing stakeholders and technical resources across our 9 Brands, as well as our external vendor partner.

    Positive relationship building with the ability to be influential without direct authority will be required.

    The position will be responsible for the following areas:

    Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
    Identify and proactively manage potential risks.
    Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of milestones.
    Create and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and communications.
    Conduct regular reviews to assess project progress and address any deviations from the plan.
    Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to align activities with stakeholder expectations.
    Maintain meeting schedules, minutes, and assignment tracker
    Utilize technology for streamlined communication, collaboration, and project tracking.
    Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and key milestones.
    Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.

    Project Planning and Execution:
    Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of milestones.
    Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
    Address any delays promptly and adjust project plans as necessary.
    Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
    Implement effective risk management practices to ensure successful project outcomes. 30%

    Stakeholder & Resource Coordination:
    Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives.
    Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to align project activities with client expectations.
    Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to optimize project efficiency.
    Ensure team members have the necessary tools and information to perform their roles effectively. 30%

    Quality Assurance:
    Oversee quality assurance processes to guarantee that software implementations meet high standards.
    Conduct regular reviews to assess project progress and address any deviations from the plan. 30%

    Documentation:
    Create and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and client communications.
    Ensure documentation is organized and accessible to relevant stakeholders. 10%
    Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
    Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
    3 years of experience with a track record of driving results.
    Proven experience managing SaaS software implementation or software development projects.
    Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
    Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
    Familiarity with Sharepoint, Teams, and project management tools.
    Experience with SaaS implementations or software implementation projects.
    Familiarity with SDLC concepts.
