Staffing Texas is looking for an Accountant in the Kingwood area

Weekly

1. Process bi-monthly payroll.
2. Enter journal entries as needed.
3. Complete any reports for management as needed
4. Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables experience

Monthly
1. Sales Tax review and file sales tax returns.
2. Complete new sales tax registrations as needed.
3. Month End Close Process. Including completing journal entries and reviewing accounts, reports and completing month end close documents.
4. Work with tax accountants as needed for tax prep and calculation of estimated payments.
5. Process monthly credit card and personal expense reports.
6. Review supplier statements for missing invoices, together with service center.
7. Review customer past due invoices and follow up with customer service.
8. Complete several monthly reports
9. Monthly Corporate Financial Reporting
10. Work with HR as needed
11. Support management.

Yearly
1. Tax return review with tax accountants.
2. Annual Reports review with tax accounts
3. Personal Property Tax Rendition return and review for tax accounts.
4. Verify all payroll tax forms have been filed by payroll provider.
5. Business insurance audit.

Payrate—$75K and up
