    Position Overview

    The Program Analyst (LNO) will support the MPCO CCMD liaison elements.

    Essential Job Function
    • Through Government liaisons, work with CCMDs, Unified Commands, DoD components and IC agencies to help shape and enable MPE multinational information sharing capabilities with coalition and mission partners.
    • Assigned tasks will range across the functional domains of operational and tactical engagement, policy, requirements, Planning, Programing, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE), technical and operational support across the range of military operations, exercises, demonstrations, improvements, enhancements and operations and sustainment of extant and emerging capabilities across the MPE portfolio.
    • Supported CCMDs and Services include: INDOPACOM (NCR), EUCOM (NCR), AFRICOM (NCR), USSOCOM/CENTCOM (Tampa, FL), USSOUTHCOM (NCR), USSPACEFORCE (NCR), Services and Non-Designated CCMDs (NCR) and any other DoD MPE stakeholders as directed by the Government to support current and emerging operational needs.
    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications
    • TS/SCI Clearance
    • 10 years' experience performing related work.
    • Experience in support to coalition or bilateral military information sharing activities.
    • Experience in the program/project status, schedules, and DoD reporting.
    • Experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline, related to defense systems acquisition and life cycle management.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience with international program coordination with a component of the DoD.
    • Minimum 3 years' experience drafting and executing MOUs/MOAs and 7600s.
    • Master's Degree in the stated discipline OR Bachelor's Degree plus 4 additional years of relevant work experience.
    • Must have 6 years of specific, relevant functional experience as a Program Analyst supporting a DoD customer.
    • Have knowledge of the principles, policies, and practices of system acquisition to plan, organize, and coordinate critical aspects of the development, production, deployment, and sustainment of systems, subsystems, and equipment.
