    :
    Monday to Friday, Day shift
    Under the direction of the Nursing Services Manager, provides support services for the medical staff in the Clinic. Provides care in support of Participant satisfaction and retention.

    Assists Participants in such activities as walking, transfers, use of mobility devices, getting to and from restroom, toileting, changing incontinence products, and clothing.

    Responsible for preparing Participants for medical exam by Clinic MD and RNs.

    Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more.

    Required Qualifications:

    Upon hire:
    Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License

    Required within 30 days of hire:
    National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
    1 year Healthcare setting
    Working with frail, cognitively impaired older adults.

    The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.

    These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
