- Representing Medtronic during surgical procedures and ensuring all necessary equipment and products are available
- Managing patients throughout the clinical process and educating them on Medtronic products
- Providing clinical support in surgeries, re-programmings, trouble-shooting, and follow-ups
- Responding to technical inquiries and maintaining knowledge of competitive products
- Educating and training physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical matters
- Assisting in the training of new employees and contributing to the achievement of business goals
- Partnering with sales representatives and maintaining relationships with clients
- Mentoring other Associate Clinical Specialists and ensuring compliance with quality procedures
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of clinical or medical sales experience, an Associate's Degree with 2 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in a health care-related field, Master's degree, or clinical experience with implantable neurological products
- Experience in servicing medical personnel and working with medical devices or pharmaceuticals
- Understanding of healthcare reimbursement and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in healthcare settings and attend clinical events
- Capability to travel and lift objects up to 40 lbs
- Good vision and physical stamina for long periods of standing and walking
