LPN:

• Answer inbound patient medication refill calls
• Follow enterprise medication refill protocols
• Document each transaction thoroughly and accurately
• Utilize the electronic medical record to access and document information
• Answer/place outbound other types of calls as neededQualifications for the Call Center

LPN:
