    Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician
    Income guarantee, $260,00 - $265,000 / year starting base. then $300-350k after year 1. Large catchment for 400k people
    $50-75,000 SIGN ON with 3 year commitment

    Job/Practice Description:
    Family Medicine Physician / Internal Medicine
    8 IM/FMs and 7 APPs over 3 clinics
    Schedule M-F 8:00am-5:00pm - flex schedule, 4.5 days in clinic
    100% Outpatient
    Average Patient Volume: 14-22 patients per day
