Medical Matron

We are seeking a Medical Matron to join our team at TruHealth. As a Medical Matron, you will play a crucial role in transforming care for seniors in long-term care by promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life.

• Assess patients' medical and mental health needs and provide proactive plans of care that manage conditions and address barriers to care.
• Evaluate patient compliance with local, state, and federal agencies related to clinical services provided.

You will work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. To be successful as a Medical Matron at TruHealth:

• You must have an APRN or PA license as well as 3 years experience working with geriatric populations preferably using Fee-for-Service models
