    Position Overview:


    As the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and driving the financial health of the organization.

    Reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide leadership and direction to the finance team while collaborating closely with other senior leaders to achieve our strategic objectives.

    You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, revenue cycle management, and strategic financial planning.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement strategic financial plans and initiatives to support the organization's mission, vision, and long-term growth objectives.
    Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    Oversee all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, revenue cycle management, accounting, and financial analysis.
    Monitor financial performance, identify key trends and variances, and provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
    Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, financial policies, and industry standards, including HIPAA, CMS, and other relevant regulations.
    Manage relationships with financial partners, including banks, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders.
    Lead financial due diligence and integration efforts for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
    Collaborate with operational leaders to optimize financial performance, enhance operational efficiency, and maximize revenue opportunities.
    Drive process improvements and technology initiatives to streamline financial operations and enhance financial reporting capabilities.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

    Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior finance role within the healthcare industry.

    Strong understanding of healthcare finance, reimbursement models, revenue cycle management, and regulatory compliance.
    Proven track record of financial leadership, strategic planning, and driving results in a complex and dynamic environment.
    Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a focus on fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
    Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically, anticipate future trends, and develop creative solutions to complex challenges.
