    Job Summary: We are looking for a Front Office Supervisor/Front Desk Supervisor to manage and directly supervise all front office personnel to ensure all guest service standards are maintained to provide excellent professional service to all guests. Directs and coordinates the activities of the front desk, reservations, guest services and communication areas.

    Responsibilities
    • Ensure efficient/prompt guest registration, checkout, guest service and telephone service while ensuring all brand standards are being applied
    • Train all front office personnel
    • Maintain a professional and high quality service oriented environment at all times
    • Address and resolve complaints, problem solving, disturbances, special requests and any other issue that may arise
    • Communicate with all departments to ensure guest services are being met in a timely and prompt manner
    • Coordinate daily activities with all team members on a daily basis to ensure communication of group arrivals as well as special requests and repeat guests. Check accommodations making sure special requests are carried out accordingly
    • Keep staff informed of all activities in the hotel, reinforcing brand standards of excellence and promoting a strong team member atmosphere and culture
    • Daily monitoring of room inventory status to achieve optimal levels of revenues while maintaining high levels of guest expectations
    • Prepare forecasts, reports and assist in the development of the room's budget
    • Monitor and maintain the front office systems and equipment to ensure their optimum performance
    • Develop and implement controls for expense management. Utilize labor management tools to schedule and control labor costs
    • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
    Qualifications and Requirements
    • Regular attendance is essential
    • May be required to work varying schedules and holidays
    • Required to fully comply with all rules and regulations
    • Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities
    • Requires continual standing and movement throughout front office area
    • Periods of standing exceeding 50% of work shift are required.
    • Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance
