Junior Marketing Coordinator - Seattle, United States - IA Interior Architects

Description

Working under direct supervision, responsible for coordinating activities involved in the preparation of marketing proposals, presentations and submittals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in the production and maintenance of IA's marketing resource materials.
• Ensure that studio marketing materials are consistent with firmwide brand guidelines and standards
• Support senior marketing coordinators in the production of proposals and qualifications and other marketing collateral
• Support senior marketing coordinators with preparing and assembling materials for client presentations and interviews.
• Coordinates work of vendors (such as reprographics and binding) and consultants
• Support marketing managers and senior members on the corporate marketing team with various marketing and communications projects.
• Assist with business development activities.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

• BA in marketing, business administration, graphic design, communications, or equivalent work experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Familiar with the professional services industry, architecture and design industry and/or marketing in general through past work experience or an internship.
• Strong eye for graphic design and understanding of layout
• Intermediate proficiency in Adobe InDesign. Proficiency in other Creative Cloud programs is a plus.
• Proven ability to work effectively with and through employees without having managerial authority.
• Demonstrated proofreading ability.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with multiple fast-paced tasks and time-sensitive deadlines.
• Team player who is reliable, flexible and collaborative.
