    Job Responsibilities
    Lead the organization-wide effort to develop and refine accounting policies and procedures.
    Manage the annual review and update of accounting policies and procedures.
    Keep abreast of and disseminate updates from the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB), and SEC
    Initiate and manage research projects on GAAP and SEC guidelines, coordinating with other functional groups within the Finance department.
    Oversee the management of records and information according to Finance department policies, ensuring compliance across all departments.
    Select appropriate XBRL tags following updates to taxonomies and the introduction of new disclosure requirements.

    Conduct quality control for quarterly and annual filings with the SEC and other regulators by reviewing disclosure checklists and other relevant documents.

    Ensure the company adheres to both GAAP and SAP standards.

    Job Qualifications
    Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification required.
    Bachelors degree in accounting required.
    5-7 years of professional accounting experience required.
    Supervisory experience is preferred.
    Comprehensive understanding of GAAP and/or SAP.
    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    Proven ability to manage resources and collaborate on projects.
    Familiarity with account reconciliation, general ledger maintenance, and preparation of financial statements.
    Proficiency in MS Office applications.
