Join our dynamic team as a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Engineer, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our software and peripheral devices meet the needs and expectations of end-users.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with end-users to validate software functionalities and gather valuable feedback to enhance user experience.

• Facilitate testing sessions and standups, ensuring effective communication between stakeholders.
• Manage vendors on defect resolution, ensuring timely and accurate fixes.
• Gather user feedback and insights to inform iterative improvements to the product.
• Compile comprehensive UAT plans for assigned projects, maintaining meticulous documentation of test plans, cases, and results.
• Effectively communicate the quality of test results, both functional and non-functional, to stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of Proven experience in UAT or software testing, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in documentation.
• Flexibility to work weekdays from 8-5, with the possibility of occasional nights and weekends during go-live periods.
