**Responsibilities**

**What Winning Looks Like:**

Proactively identifying, qualifying, closing and growing new accounts

Stewarding and expanding existing Bridgestone business

Developing and delivering product demonstrations, marketing opportunities & program support

Forecasting product needs

Developing and supporting a high-potential sales team of 4-6 aggressive outside sales teammates

Encouraging career development for your teammates, preparing them for future roles within Bridgestone

Exercising strong enterprise decision making, finding creative ways to support the customer while increasing profitability for Bridgestone

Serving the customer and your teammates with excellence through relationships

**Qualifications**

**Skills Needed to Win:**

Bachelors degree

4+ years of sales experience. Successfully closing new business while growing and renewing existing customer base. 4+ years of management preferred but not required.

Maintain an innovative attitude while creating strategies for existing customer growth and new lead generation

Ability to understand your customer, develop strategies for success, execute your strategy, and monitor success. Be flexible enough to evolve as needed for sustainable growth.

You must be able to conduct high level conversations with decision makers

Display personal integrity that allows you to rise above your competition

Lead your team with honesty, servanthood, excellence, discipline and accountability

**Additional Preferred Skills and Experience Include:**

Extensive knowledge of the tire industry and competitive products

Experience in the retail tire business, customer facing preferred
