Job DescriptionWe are looking for a safety-first, analytical, and experienced electrician to join our team. You'll be assigned a variety of work orders, including fixing, replacing, installing, and maintaining, and testing electrical wiring, circuit breakers, transformers, and lighting fixtures in buildings. The ideal candidate is familiar with reading technical schematics and blueprints, has extensive knowledge of electrical systems and wiring, and has completed all training, apprenticeship, and licensing requirements. $37,000 - $70,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Test newly installed electrical components to ensure proper function
• Install wiring and other electrical components, and test to ensure it's properly connected
• Locate and correct electrical problems, including component installation and replacement
• Perform maintenance and installation of electrical equipment in homes, businesses, and factories
• Ensure that the wiring meets all building codes and standards for safety
• Perform residential and commercial electrical service
• Installation of electrical equipment and devices

Qualifications:

• Applicant must have a valid electrician license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• We require candidates have a high school diploma or GED
• Degree from electrician school is required
• Comfortable in all kinds of working and weather conditions, from small confined areas to great heights
• Enroll or be enrolled in a Electrical Apprenticeship Program
• You will only be considered if you live within 45 miles of the office.
