We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain and keep our equipment in good working condition for custodial field in the Medical Facility located at Loyola University of Maywood IL.

Mid shift that consists of Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm. Pay ranges from $16 an hour paid bi-weekly.

Our goal is to enhance the Customer Experience by keeping the Facility in a safe, clean and orderly condition.

• Must be able to work rotating weekends and holidays.
• Perfect attendance and punctuality is a must.
• Must be able to pass background check per hospital policy.
• 90-day temp probationary period
• Work Location: In person
• Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
• Pay: $16.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 40 per week

Duties:

A Maintenance Technician performs preventative maintenance and emergency maintenance. Helps troubleshoot and quickly repair any mechanical issues and supporting equipment and systems in the facility. His or her day-to-day tasks can vary greatly based on what needs attention at the time.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Record all serviced rooms.
• Maintain equipment in good condition.
• Check stocking levels of all consumables.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and act in line with company policies.
