    Responsibilities

    Involve in all aspects of solution engineering, design scalable solutions following enterprise architecture guidelines.

    Use technical knowledge, creativity and company practices and priorities to obtain solutions to complex problems.

    Qualifications

    • Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related discipline preferred.
      • 5+ years of Workday Integration experience is required.
      • 5+ years of HR domain experience is required.
      • Expert knowledge developing integrations using – EIB, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio
      • Thorough understanding of XSLT, Document Transformation and utilizing them in integrations
      • Understanding of different types of Workday integrations, capabilities, and limitations. Prior workday integration development experience is a plus, but not required.
      • Ability to Workday reports and calculated fields
      • Creating complex Workday reports and calculated fields
      • Knowledge of Workday Business Processes and Integration Security is required.
      • Hands on experience using Workday API (both get/put)
      • Experience writing and reviewing software design specifications in an object-oriented development environment.
      • HR domain knowledge – Core, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Performance, and Absence modules
      • Prior working experience with Agile methodology preferred.
      • Ability to identify and resolve the issues quickly and work with minimal supervision.
      • Knowledge of all phases of software development including design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and support.
      • Ability to respond directly to questions from business clients.
      • Knowledge of standard change management tools and processes.
      • Ability to work in a team environment.
