Leadership Job Summary:
The Medical Director provides employment home-related leadership for the employed physicians and Advanced Practice Providers in an assigned practice for the Fairview Health Medical Group with input from service line leadership.
Serves as the primary link between the Medical Group President, the Fairview employment home, and employed providers, and is actively engaged and visibly present across the medical group.
Collaborates and partners with service line leadership to provide input into strategy and operational plans from an employment home perspective.
