    Summary:


    Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, receives hospital visitors while providing world class customer service through professional communication via telephone and/or in person.

    Ascertains needs of each internal/external customer and directs them to appropriate hospital locations. Maintains the smooth transition of the lobby for procedures.

    Responds to approved inquiries regarding patient information such as room number, telephone number, condition and so forth; and refers other inquiries to appropriate personnel.

    Maintains current register of all hospital patients.
