    Our restaurant is a japanese restaurant located at 2471 S King ST. The name is minatokukitchen.
    We are planning to open in the evening since we have obtained a liquor license.

    We hope to create an environment that is a collaboration between a bar and an izakaya (Japanese style pub), where we can enjoy light food and drinks, with a focus on Japanese sake in the evening hours.

    We are looking for a starting member so that we can open by the end of May.

    The restaurant will be a homey restaurant with about 20 seats, and at night we plan to serve a variety of alcohol, mainly sake, as well as light food and beverages.

    The owner is Japanese, and the workplace is very homey and friendly, making it an easy place to work.
    We are looking for a person to serve or assist customers or bar support and food runner.

    Basically, we are looking for people who can work full time, 5 days a week, but we are also willing to discuss with you if you wish to work on a spot basis.

    Working hours are 4:00 p.m. start or 5:00 p.m. start, or negotiable.

    The hourly rate is from $ tip, and we would be happy to discuss this with you based on your experience and other factors.

    I want to manage a restaurant in the future, or establish a company and become a manager. Such people are also welcome.
