Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations and ensuring the safety of our premises, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law enforcement or military security, possess excellent leadership skills, and have a thorough understanding of security protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel

Train new security officers on company policies and procedures

Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security of the premises

Monitor surveillance cameras and respond to any suspicious activity

Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports

Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary

Implement and enforce security policies and protocols

Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks or vulnerabilities

Provide guidance and support to security staff during emergency situations

Maintain accurate records of all security-related incidents

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in security management is a plus

Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role

Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures

Excellent leadership and supervisory skills

Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively

Proficient in conflict management techniques

Knowledge of CCTV surveillance systems and other security equipment

Familiarity with loss prevention strategies

CPR and First Aid certification preferred
