    The Ekeo Group is searching for an Electrical Engineer II for a FTE onsite engagement located near Richland, Washington.

    My client is a large Mining & Metals entity, that requires a qualified individual in Electrical Engineering, Controls, or Automation.

    Job Requirements:

    • Provide oversight of electrical and controls engineering, project management for new equipment installation, process improvement modifications and capital and major maintenance projects.
    • Responsible for the electrical engineering design function which includes computer aided design work.
    • Provide daily support to maintain electrical and controls on all equipment including power distribution, Von Ardenne electron beam gun system, furnace system, and material processing equipment.
    • Monitor equipment changes from an electrical, instrumentation, and controls standpoint.
    • Manage and improve preventative/predictive maintenance program of electron beam guns and control systems including process data servers.

    Skills/Experience:

    Minimum

    • At least 4 years of experience in computer aided design working knowledge.
    • 4 years of experience with controls, automation, power electronics knowledge.
    • Bachelor's degree required in Electrical Engineering
    • Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with SQL is preferred.
    • Previous experience with structured Safety and Quality programs IT and phone network knowledge
