We boast 40+ locations at 28 airports, a team of over 2,000 dedicated employees nationwide, and two powerhouse brands - The Parking Spot and Park 'N Fly by The Parking Spot.

    We are hiring Dispatchers!

    Our Dispatchers play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring that shuttles are promptly dispatched to maintain our service standards between the parking facility and the airport. If you align with our values of teamwork, excellence, and exceptional service, we want you to be part of our team.

    • Pay Rate: $12.50 per hour with regular bonus opportunities
    • Weekly Schedule: On-call
    • Schedule: Various shifts

    Key Responsibilities of Dispatchers:

    • Greet customers warmly and professionally
    • Efficiently dispatch shuttles to ensure adequate coverage at the parking facility and the airport
    • Maintain consistent service levels through shuttle coordination
    • Keep work areas tidy and organized
    • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service
    • Provide accurate information to guests regarding the parking facility and airport terminals
    • Assist with additional tasks as requested by Management

    Requirements for Dispatchers:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
    • Previous experience in dispatch, cashier, or customer service preferred
    • Basic math and computer proficiency
    • Clear verbal communication in English
