We are an established firm seeking a litigation associate with at least 3 years experience specifically in areas real estate and commercial litigation.

Responsibilities include day-to-day assistance with general litigation matters, drafting pleadings, motions, and appearing in court. Additional experience in corporate, real estate and land use law a plus, but not required. Firm office locations north and south of Boston. Partial remote work possible after introductory period.

Candidates must be dependable, creative and competent in building and nurturing relationships with colleagues and clients. Must be able to work independently (after collaborating with team members to set priorities) and effectively. We're a law firm that actually enjoys the practice of law.
