- Educate our guests on how to use and navigate their device, ensuring they are knowledgeable on how their device and/or services function.
- Listen attentively to our guests needs to determine appropriate Level 1 troubleshooting on device and/or services.Typical Level 1 troubleshooting includes cleaning device, Bluetooth setup, reset/restore devices, software updates and general app/software related questions.
- Provide assistance in transferring data, contacts, pictures, and other phone content from devices
- Answer billing or any other questions as needed to satisfy any customer inquiries, understand direction to take if solutions are not known.
- Assists guests with insurance claims, loaner devices, voicemail setup and/or provisioning of handsets.
- Knowledgeable on our full product offerings and services, being the resident expert for all Cellcom and Nsight offerings.
- Ability to learn and navigate our systems to assist in troubleshooting processes, selling out products and/or services as needed.
- Assist in cycle counts and month end inventory counts.
- Complete administrative tasks including loaner certification, receiving inventory, managing shipments, and other additional related duties as requested or required.
