    Description

    Solar Crew Lead

    Ipsun Solar, a subsidiary of Civic Renewables, is seeking an experienced crew lead to join our growing team. As a solar crew lead at Ipsun Solar, you will oversee and execute the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Leadership and Technical Expertise: Lead a team in the installation,
    • Demonstrate comprehensive technical knowledge and troubleshoot independently while collaborating effectively with the office support team when needed.

    The responsibilities include leading your crew members and following all safety procedures Train them about electrical and mechanical best practices Verify pre-assembled job components Layout assemble job modules array mounting hardware Mechanical structural mounting racking modules electrical equipment Electrical wiring AC DC Document completion installations Clean up job sites Attend mandatory training sessions new products methodology safety Efficient service calls management Hustle clear service calls demonstrating agility problem-solving skills promptly Coordinate project management workflow timely resolution client concerns Customer Service Excellence Uphold stellar customer communication Professional inquiries addressing guidance system operations Address client professionally inquiry maintenance Coordination Communication Maintain channels providing regular updates progress challenges implemented Experience Proven experience successful leadership similar role Strong understanding PV systems diagnostic resolving issues efficiently Qualifications Skills years experience Managing multiple people motivated Computer mobile apps manage information Project Management Must lift Ability extreme environments hot cold crawl spaces etc Willing climb ladders work rooftops feet periods All Candidates excellent customer required Driver's license clean driving record DUI last years pass pre-employment criminal drug screen Pay Benefits $28-$32/hour Medical dental vision insurance employer match PTO Holidays
