    General Purpose

    The Talent Manager of Performance & Development is responsible for managing the Organizational Talent Development programs for CCSWB through implementing key processes as a Performance Management Cycle, Talent Management Review, 360 Leader ship Evaluation, coaching, shadowing, mentoring, and other development initiatives to support the key talent development, and the early talent programs Including Trainees and Internship. This position is expected to be a subject matter expert with the SuccessFactors Performance, Objectives, Calibration, Development and Succession Modules.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Manage the Talent Management Review Process

    • Manage the preparation and administrate of the TMR data and process.
    • Supervise and conduct leader training of the TMR process.
    • Lead the preparation and facilitation of the calibration sessions.
    • Oversee and supervise the creation of development plan for High Potential Associates, and ensure reporting and updates are provided to their leaders and managers.
    • Manage the administering of Development Programs including Coaching, Mentoring, Swap, Shadowing, Strategic Projects, and the Performance Improvement Plans.
    • Provide the selection of the internal candidates, based on the person position adequacy and the TMR results.

    Manage the Performance Life Cycle

    • Lead the creation of timeline for all performance processes for the year including reviews, objectives changes, and year-end merits.
    • Oversee the development and administering of trainings for the different stages of the performance life cycle.
    • Ensure reporting and updates on individuals' performance.
    • Lead the audit and facilitation of the objective definition process.
    • Lead the communication strategy to align our practices to the global Arca Continental policies.
    • Coordinate the performance calibration sessions of culture principles and end-year performance curve for merit.

    Manage the Performance and Development Modules in SuccessFactors.

    • Map out annual steps for performance forms and launching timeframes.
    • Administer mass upload of objectives
    • Create and launch development, objectives and calibration forms.
    • Create Calibration Sessions within SuccessFactors.
    • Manage the succession planning module and succession feature for strategic planning.
    • Provide reporting and dashboards to HRBPs and leaders
    • Create job aids and hold training for the performance and development processes.

    Manage the 360 Process

    • Mange the definition of timelines for the process deployment and create the communication strategy for a successful deployment.
    • Partner with Arca Continental headquarters to analyze the global requirements and coordinate the system set up for the business units in the United States.
    • Oversee the development, supervision, and execution of the 360 process, including the audience definition, forms assignment, the review process, and reporting.

    Manage the University Trainee Program and Summer Internship

    • Deploy the recruitment and selection process aligned to the business strategy and CCSWB policies.
    • Partner with the executive levels of the organization to define the projects ensuring that minimum development criteria are met.
    • Monitor the program status and project outcomes.
    • Create and deploy the onboarding and learning paths for the trainees to complement the critical experience with the necessary knowledge and abilities.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Master's degree desired
    • Experience managing a performance cycle
    • Experience with succession planning
    • Experience working with SuccessFactors
