Accounts Payable Coordinator - Boca Raton, United States - Randstad USA

Description

We are looking to hire an Accounts Payable Coordinator to process a high volume of invoices, code and batch, and enter data into the accounting software. This will be a customer support position as well where you must also be comfortable speaking with vendors regarding invoices This is a long term contract position.

salary: $20 - $21 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Customer Support Position in AP
• Familiarity with Multiple AP systems
• Ability to handle high volumes of work
• Must be able to multitask and still remain focused
• Customer support experience as well as AP background is a plus
• Must have Invoice Processing Experience
• Data entry typing test required Suppliers
