    In your role as Sr.

    Full Stack Engineer at Kohler Ventures you will:
    Work directly with the Head of Software, software engineering team, and product teams.
    Design web applications with cloud backend that can scale with the business growth of Kohler Ventures.
    Build the forward-looking vision and lead the effort to understand and drive requirements with hardware/software teams.
    Coordinate with product development teams to execute rollout/adoption of common libraries, services, and patterns.
    Measurably improve code normalization across one or more critical code concerns throughout the codebase.

    Skills/RequirementsRequired Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

    5+ years of experience in Sitecore XM Cloud, or full stack development leveraging AWS to deploy highly scalable cloud applications.

    Proficiency in one or more prominent programming languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript.
    Solid understanding of REST API design and microservices architecture.
    Experience with PostgreSQL databases.
    Demonstrated understanding of web application security.

    Ability to travel to South Korea 2-4 times per year and work outside of normal business hours to collaborate with teams across multiple time zones.

    Preferred Qualifications
    Experience on Design, Development, Optimization of Sitecore application.
    Technical experience in systems engineering at scale with regards to testing, reliability, security, and observability.
    Champion for quality in code, processes, and culture.
    Strong ability to communicate complex technical and management information clearly and concisely.

    The approved base salary range for this position is $124,450 - $158,550. The actual base salary offered to a candidate may be higher than the approved range. This will vary depending on a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.

    This position is subject to Area Salary Differential (Cost of Living Adjustment) that ranges from 16% of base salary for NYC metro area.

    The approved base salary range including ASD for this position is $144,362 - $183,918 depending on location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and a special project incentive. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision and 401k.
