Job summary
The Physical Therapy Assistant implements an individual patient therapy care plan that has been prepared by the Physical Therapist and works under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.- Identifies possible ineffective drug therapy or adverse reactions, significant side effects, drug allergies, and contra-indicated medication and reports to supervisor
- Observes and records activities and findings in the clinical record and reporting to the physician the client's reaction to treatment and any changes in the client's condition
