    Role: Estimator/Project Manager

    Location: Maple Shade, NJ 08052

    Job Type: Full-time

    Need Warehouse Construction estimating: 3 years

    JD:

    • must be able to read architectural/MEP drawings, understand which trades perform which duties, create a basic scope of work for each trade, send out for bids to area trade contractors, review trade contractor proposals, assist in creating project schedules.
    • must be extremely well organized and have experience in this position. There is no training at all. You must be experienced enough where you can perform your duties unassisted. In a small company, we all "wear many hats." As the company continues to grow, your role will become more specialized, but in the beginning, you might be asked to do the duties of both an estimator and PM- all dependent on workload.
    • pay our subs quickly and treat all of our clients, subcontractors, and employees with respect.
    • you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for construction estimating and possess the required skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
