Responsibilities
- Lead the identification and development of integrated InP semiconductor laser and SOA solutions for silicon photonic LiDAR systems.
- Design, simulate, and characterize state-of-the-art narrow-linewidth DFB, DBR, and external-cavity lasers used as LiDAR seed sources.
