At Cocorico, we bake everything from scratch, by hand, using authentic French recipes and French techniques. No shortcuts. No mixes. Real dough, real lamination, real craftsmanship.

About Us
Cocorico Cuisine is a locally owned French cuisine company founded in 2018. In February 2024, we opened Cocorico French Bakery & Café in Nashville.
We focus on quality, locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, and a company culture built on care, accountability, teamwork, communication, and continuous learning.
What You'll Do
Daily Production
- Mix, laminate, shape, proof, bake, and assemble French breads and viennoiseries
- Prepare fillings, quiches, sandwiches, and seasonal items
- Maintain consistent quality and meet weekly production goals
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
New & Seasonal Products
- Assist with recipe testing and refining production processes
- Support successful launches of new and seasonal items throughout the year
What We're Looking For
- Preferred: 2+ years of professional baking experience in a commercial kitchen
- Strong dough handling and lamination skills
- Detail-oriented and precise with recipes
- Strong time management and organization
- Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented
- Positive attitude and professional communication
- Physically able to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs
Job Details
- Full-Time | Hourly
- Starting at $18/hour, based on experience
- 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
- Includes Saturday and/or Sunday
- Two consecutive days off guaranteed
- Reports to Kitchen Manager
