Join our vibrant team as a Host/Busser and become the welcoming face of our lively restaurant. In this energetic role, you'll create a warm, inviting atmosphere by greeting guests with enthusiasm, managing reservations, and ensuring seamless table turnover. Your positive attitude and excellent communication skills will set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. Whether coordinating with the kitchen or assisting servers, your proactive approach will keep our service running smoothly and guests smiling from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive, providing friendly and efficient check-in assistance
• Manage reservations and waitlists using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Escort guests to their tables, ensuring comfort and proper seating arrangements
• Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment
• Support servers by delivering food and beverages, assisting with guest requests, and maintaining smooth service flow
• Maintain cleanliness in host stand, waiting areas, and dining spaces in accordance with health and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding guest needs, special requests, or seating arrangements

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Host/Hostess or Busser in a fast-paced food service environment preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette to interact confidently with guests and team members
• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel guest services is advantageous
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently during busy hours
• Passion for providing outstanding guest relations and creating memorable dining experiences

Pay: $7.25 - $18.00 per hour
