Essential FunctionsPerform restorative services such as exercises that improve the use of limbs and body functions according to the resident's care planObserve and report for signs and symptoms of change in condition and patient response to treatment Complete admission and routine heights and weights.

Complete and chart monthly vital signs flowsheets and restorative gridsOrganize patient care activities to complete patient care based on priority of patient needsAt times, Restorative Aides may be asked to assist with C.N.A.
