    Role Description:

    Two childhood friends co-founded Grenadier Homes in the early 90's.     As a New Home Sales Assistant, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for facilitating the purchase of our newly constructed homes. This role involves engaging with prospective buyers, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding clients through the home-buying process. You will work closely with our marketing and development teams to showcase our properties and ensure a seamless and on-brand experience for our customers.

    Detailed Responsibilities:

    Sales

    • Open and close the models and inventory homes
    • In the absence of the New Home Sales Counselor, demonstrate model and inventory homes, including features and benefits
    • Provide product and pricing information
    • Deliver exceptional customer service to the sales team and prospective buyers
    • Greet, assist and establish rapport with prospective clients
    • Answer all questions of clients when the New Home Sales Counselor is unavailable
    • Capture prospective client information

    Administrative

    • Maintain and order supplies required for the Sales office
    • Assist in the maintenance of the client database
    • Maintain accurate marketing materials
    • Sales, traffic and prospect reporting
    • Coordinate office clean up with the appropriate company
    • Communicate inventory changes regularly
    • Regular website inspection for pricing and detail discrepancies
    • Consistent updates to MLS system
    • Update appropriate home signage (Sold, Available, Etc.)
    • Provide Pricing updates based on upgrades provided by Design team
    • Assist with completing contracts and paperwork in a timely manner as needed
    • Schedule and follow up on all appointments
    • Maintain files and contracts
    • Expense reporting
    • Homeowner updates based on regular construction meetings.
    Requirements:

    Education, Qualifications, Designations and Required Skills/Experience:

    • Marketing degree preferred.
    • Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced, and team-oriented setting.
    • Professional attitude, dress, and demeanor
    • Desire to work in concert with an industry leading sales team and our highly experienced executive management team that consists of our VP of Marketing and CEO.
    • Innovative and strategic marketing mindset with the goal of attracting buyers to your community.
    • Host community events for homeowners, realtors, and prospective buyers.
    • Cultivate a social media presence for your community by creating interactive and exciting social media posts.
    • Help create your community's personality in accordance to Grenadier's culture.
    • Be outreach creative.
    • Effective writing and communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Self-motivating individual who brings energetic, competitive, and genuine customer service to their community.
    • Excellent ability to listen to buyers, their needs, shows eagerness to ensure their satisfaction in one of the most important investments.
    • Office Management experience helpful
    • Proficiency with technologically efficient processes is a must.

    • Reliable transportation
    • Be open to honing/improving your creative skill as well as your storytelling abilities.
    • Flexible schedule (weekends required)
    • Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time to show homes to clients.

    Compensation:

    · Competitive base salary
