    Responsibilities


    • Developing and implementing service standards and procedures for the EUC
    • Good experience of working in customer focused end user support function coverage EUC and software/OS installations and support
    • Good experience of incident resolution, requests, changes and problem-solving activities delivered to agreed SLAs.
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft's product offerings including high level capabilities and competitor products
    • Supporting Windows 7 & 10 using System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM)
    • Demonstrable experience of supporting Windows 10 and MS Office 365
    • Basic understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy
    • Experience with MS Intune/Autopilot is desirable
    • Experience on OS Imaging / Patch Management skill
    • Deskside Support , B/F and IMAC support
    • Asset refreshment / OEM
    • Apple MAC devices skills, JAMF, Airwatch and troubleshooting experience
    • Experience on Printer support, MDM, Intune and BYOD support
    • Maintaining customer relationships and improving response and delivery times
    • Updating service methods to improve overall efficiency
    • Resolving any service problems and customer complaints
    • Knowledge and understanding of all relevant industry standards.
    • Knowledge and understanding of best practices for service management.
    • Strong communication skills, including the ability to be influential and persuasive with stakeholders.

    Technical Experience :

    • Strong communication skills, including the ability to be influential and persuasive with stakeholders.
    • 7 to 10 years of EUC SME Skill
    • Good analytical and presentation skills
    • ITIL V3 certified.

    • Willingness to work flexible hours when needed

    • Good interpersonal communication skills
    • Understanding of customer satisfaction principles and practices
    • Ability to work under pressure
