- Developing and implementing service standards and procedures for the EUC
- Good experience of working in customer focused end user support function coverage EUC and software/OS installations and support
- Good experience of incident resolution, requests, changes and problem-solving activities delivered to agreed SLAs.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft's product offerings including high level capabilities and competitor products
- Supporting Windows 7 & 10 using System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- Demonstrable experience of supporting Windows 10 and MS Office 365
- Basic understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy
- Experience with MS Intune/Autopilot is desirable
- Experience on OS Imaging / Patch Management skill
- Deskside Support , B/F and IMAC support
- Asset refreshment / OEM
- Apple MAC devices skills, JAMF, Airwatch and troubleshooting experience
- Experience on Printer support, MDM, Intune and BYOD support
- Maintaining customer relationships and improving response and delivery times
- Updating service methods to improve overall efficiency
- Resolving any service problems and customer complaints
- Knowledge and understanding of all relevant industry standards.
- Knowledge and understanding of best practices for service management.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to be influential and persuasive with stakeholders.

- 7 to 10 years of EUC SME Skill
- Good analytical and presentation skills
- ITIL V3 certified.
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed

- Ability to work under pressure
