    The Customer Success team is responsible for onboarding, educating, and supporting our customers on a global level.

    We start work the moment a customer decides they want to use Multiplier, sticking with them every step of the way to ensure they get the most value from our product.


    This opportunity is for folks who truly love supporting customers and see themselves in a customer facing role long term.


    What you'll do:
    Ensure that all our customers & their team have a great experience with the product
    Working directly with product teams to identify current issues and, synthesising the diverse feedback you hear from our customers, offer informed opinions on potential solutions
    Communicating efficiently and effectively with our customers, across all of our live-chat, email & other customer support channels
    Owning customer communications and issues from initial contact until resolution
    Develop a thorough understanding of all products/services, and ensure clients are accessing all the solutions that meet their business requirements
    Develop strong consultative relationships with clients, including understanding their business objectives and identifying how Multiplier can meet their needs


    What you'll bring:
    The ability to explain complex topics in easy to understand and concise language
    Excellent communication and writing skills
    Passion for talking to customers all day
    Prior experience of working in customer success in a product-driven B2B company
    Experience at a HR SaaS company
