Join our team at Brickman's, the main restaurant at our property that caters to both St. Mark Golf Club and the Lakehouse Hotel. We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to take on the role of a Busser/Food Runner. Your responsibilities will involve ensuring cleanliness and organization in the dining areas, serving food, assisting guests, and handling In-Room Dining orders efficiently. Providing top-notch customer service and promoting our offerings will be key aspects of your daily tasks.
The duties of a Busser/Food Runner include, but are not limited to:
Experience in the Front of House for at least 6 months is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. You should be able to answer guests' food-related queries, adhere to safety guidelines, and hold an RBS Certification. Due to the nature of the hospitality sector, flexibility in working schedules and roles is necessary to meet business requirements.
