    Defining the purpose of a future office has become a top priority for corporates due to the hybrid way of working.

    The Workplace Experience Director will leverage data (both quantitative and qualitative) to build a program that takes the employee workplace experience to the next level, partnering with cross functional teams to implement the strongest and most meaningful solutions.

    This individual will be responsible for creating a workplace experience program that leverages technology, workplace design, hospitality, amenities, and experience services to help drive employee engagement and retention for our client - ensuring people feel productive, healthy, and happy in a frictionless workplace.


    We are looking for a visionary, highly collaborative leader who is comfortable navigating through ambiguity to create a structured, programmatic approach to workplace experience initiatives.

    The ideal candidate will be forward-thinking and client-focused, have comfort working with emerging technology and solutions, fresh industry perspective, and have the ability to collaborate across multiple operational and client stakeholders in a faced-paced environment.

    The Workplace Experience Director will work in close partnership with our client to transform workplaces into sustainable, healthy and employee-improved work environments.

    This is part of a holistic business view and transformation, where we accompany our clients on their journey through change.

    We transfer corporate strategy into the space, develop our clients' values, culture and ways of working further and navigate people through digitalization in a hybrid working world.


    The Workplace Experience Director will develop a fundamental understanding of the different lines of business and their respective needs, dive into their strategic goals, understand the initial situation and translate it into space needs and experiences, while collaborating closely with transaction advisors, project managers, facility managers and other portfolio advisors.


    Our client's identity and strategy are given an architectural space, a tangible spirit and a face that represents their employees.


    Missions:

    • Establish and expand relationships, including consulting with clients and business partners on all workplace-relevant services.
    • Translate customer strategy into a spatial experience
    • Analyze customer processes and their spatial implementation.
    • Develop of future-proof concepts, including implementation and change management
    • Integrate thought leadership and hospitality insights around workplace design and transformation, hybrid working, future workplace and technology-driven experience
    • Reimagine the employee experience, by developing, identifying and integrating new tech and tools that enhance access, performance, productivity, retention and well-being
    • Partner across service lines to provide programmatic 'concierge' support that reflects a culture of community, inclusion, diversity, technology and innovation.

    • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university, MBA preferred
    • 5-10 years of experience as Senior Manager
    • Experience in a workplace strategy, hospitality and experience services, space planning, change management consulting, or relevant area, with the inner drive to develop Workplace Experience into new spheres
    • Strong knowledge of workplace concepts, change management process and their impact on the performance of employees, teams and organizations
    • Experience developing conceptual plans, scenario planning and business recommendations
    • Strong work ethic and a talent for creative problem solving.
    • A team-oriented mindset and collaborative work style
