- Manages inventory and minimizes food waste
- Ensures compliance with health, sanitation, and safety regulations
- Attends meetings and professional development programs
- A.S. or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of culinary/kitchen management experience
- Extensive catering experience preferred
- Experience in high-volume foodservice operations
- Strong knowledge of food trends, quality, and presentation
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office
- ServSafe certification is a plus
