    AREA SALES MANAGER(s)


    SUMMARY

    The Area Sales Manager has primary responsibilities for presenting, promoting and selling AVAVAs MIRIA, the next generation aesthetic medical device in a given territory.

    The Area Sales Manager has high accountability for achieving the territory sales quotas and objectives.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES
    The requirements listed below are representative of the essential duties.

    Achieving capital sales quota results in the assigned territory. Responsible for performing territory penetration through effective prospecting, cold calling, and follow up.

    Demonstrate a strong work ethic and represent the company with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism.

    Ability to travel adequately to cover territory including overnight stays, attend tradeshows, and corporate meetings as well as sales training meetings.


    Pre-planning sales calls and maintaining efficient time management skills to ensure maximum customer contact and highest level of customer service

    Supporting and helping to facilitate the execution of regional training workshops and tradeshows within the territory and area.

    Preparing sales contracts, quotes, price, and terms per company guidelines.

    Completing administrative responsibilities including use of the customer relationship management software (CRM), business plans, weekly expense reports, and up-to-date account profiles.


    Maintaining updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products.

    Developing and maintaining supportive, productive and effective relationships at all levels within the organization


    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
    No direct reports.


    SKILLS REQUIRED
    Education and/or Experience

    This position requires a minimum of a Bachelors degree (B.A. or B.S.), or equivalent experience.

    5+ years selling capital equipment preferably in the aesthetic medical device industry or business to business capital sales.

    Documented Quota Achievement and Presidents Club Achievement in Prior Roles.

    Valid drivers license issued by the state in which the individual resides; good driving record.

    All sales employees are required to drive a personal vehicle for company business. This vehicle is to be in good condition and well maintained.

    Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic startup environment.

    Ability to work on multiple sales accounts at the same time.

    Ability to work with minimal supervision.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
