    The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration.

    The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of HR policies and procedures, and a passion for fostering a positive work $60,000 - $70,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities+ Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.+ Coordinate new hire onboarding processes, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all required paperwork is completed.+ Support employee relations activities by addressing employee inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed.+ Assist with training and development initiatives, including coordinating training sessions, tracking employee training records, and evaluating training effectiveness.+ Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) records and ensure data accuracy and integrity.+ Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, updating employee files, and managing HR documentation.+ Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

    Requirements+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field years of experience in HR coordination or related role.+ Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.+ Detail-oriented with well founded organizational and multitasking abilities.+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
