    Are you passionate about helping students improve their communication skills? We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CFY) to join our team in Albuquerque, NM and surrounding areas. As an SLP-CFY, you will have the opportunity to work with students of all ages and abilities, providing assessment, therapy, and support to help them overcome communication disorders and achieve their full potential.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
    • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students, targeting areas such as articulation, phonology, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support students' speech and language goals within the classroom environment
    • Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary
    • Document students' therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
    • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of students' education plans
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
    • Current or pending state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in New Mexico
    • Completion or enrollment in a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) program
    • Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and their treatment approaches
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
    • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students
