- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students, targeting areas such as articulation, phonology, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support students' speech and language goals within the classroom environment
- Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary
- Document students' therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of students' education plans
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or pending state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in New Mexico
- Completion or enrollment in a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) program
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and their treatment approaches
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
