We are currently looking for a Director of Finance to join our expanding operations. This role requires someone with a proven track record in driving financial performance and operational excellence. As a strategic partner to the leadership team, the Director of Finance will provide expert guidance in accounting, financial management, and business administration. Reporting directly to the President, this position will play a vital role in shaping financial strategy and optimizing performance to meet our long-term goals.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred) and a CPA certification. Additionally, they should have at least 8-10 years of experience in GAAP accounting and financial management, with a focus on the construction or mechanical contracting industry. Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software such as QuickBooks is essential.
