- Process end-to-end payroll operations for biweekly pay cycles assigned in ADP Workforce Now, resolve payroll issues, and collaborate across departments to maintain seamless payroll functions.
- Process incentives/bonus checks, advances, payroll corrections, off cycle manual check calculations, garnishments, final wage payments and related payroll forms.
- Manage and reconcile quarterly/annual Tax Filing with ADP SmartComplaince ensuring all tax accounts are filed accurately.
- Complete new State tax registrations.
- 3-5 years' experience in a complex multi-state payroll position, processing in house payroll with ADP Workforce Now.
- Experience with USA payroll regulatory compliance requirements and multi-state taxation.
- Strong knowledge of special pay calculations such as shift differentials and overtime pay.
- Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control and payroll taxes
- Some knowledge of California payroll labor regulations is desired
- Certified Payroll Professional CPP or FPC or a desire to obtain - we will help you
