Variable hours/days as needed.
Department hours are 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Occasional weekend coverage.
This position is responsible for performing client's plan of care under the direction and supervision of a Licensed Registered Physical Therapist. Maintains a professional relationship with staff, patients, and visitors. Provides client care to various settings including home health, nursing homes, inpatient, outpatient, and other contracting services.
