Responsibilities:

• Work with vendors to solicit accurate quotes for required equipment in a timely manner, which allows time to review before bid date.
• Create proposal letters for bid and negotiated projects.
• Answer incoming phone calls and emails regarding product needs.
• Penetrate new market opportunities.
• Improve customer base.
• Provide solutions to customers in a variety of fields (i.e. mining, water, other industries).
• Compliance with company policies and procedures.

Skills Needed:

• Knowledge of electric motors, power distribution packages, and industrial control products is highly desirable.
• Highly motivated individual who is a self-starter.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral; good listening skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office; Outlook, Excel and Word).
