    Release Train Engineer (RTE) (Intermediate)

    Personnel Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in software development, engineering, project management or a related field.
    Scrum master, project management, RTE and agile training experience
    At least one of the following or its equivalent:
    Scrum Master Certification (PSM I, CSM, SAFe Scrum Master)
    Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE)
    Capabilities
    Coordinating, aiding, and guiding teams per the principles of Lean/Agile.

    Work with the teams in the Agile Release Train (ART) to prioritize features to be considered in each program increment (PI) planning cycle, mitigate risks and identifying and managing bottlenecks.

    Improve the flow of value across value streams by enhancing and evaluating DevOps and Release on Demand techniques in the Continuous Delivery Pipeline.
