    Title: Pediatric Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer
    Location: Charleston, SC
    Duration: 13 weeks
    Shift: Day shift, 5x8 hours (Monday–Friday, start times between 6:30 AM – 8:00 AM)

    Job Responsibilities and Duties

    • Perform pediatric echocardiograms, including studies for complex congenital heart defects.

    • Acquire high-quality cardiac ultrasound images and complete diagnostic evaluations.

    • Prepare and document full reports in PACS systems.

    • Collaborate with cardiologists and clinical teams to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

    • Provide compassionate patient care for pediatric populations and families.

    • Maintain equipment and follow infection control and safety protocols.

    • Float between multiple pediatric care locations as needed.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Minimum 2 years of pediatric echocardiography experience.

    • ARDMS with Pediatric Echocardiography (PE) credential OR CCI with RCCS certification (must be active at start).

    • BLS certification required.

    • Strong experience scanning pediatric patients and complex congenital heart disease cases.

    • Ability to independently perform and document comprehensive echo studies.

    • Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-focused care skills.
